Independence Day

Wednesday we celebrate our birthday; the day we declared
freedom from British rule.
This is a large desktop and can be downloaded
to your computer by clicking on the image.

The Declaration of Independence is a wonderful document;
if you've never read it this would be a perfect time to do so.

As you celebrate our birthday this week remember the
founding fathers who gave us the freedoms we have today.
Happy Birthday America!

Flag Day

June 14 is flag day, a time to display our patriotism by displaying the flag.
My flags will be displayed in my deck planters which are planted with
red and white petunias and the flag makes them perfect.
This is a large desktop which can be download by clicking on the above image.
Enjoy!

National Day of Prayer

Tomorrow is the 61st annual National Day of  Prayer celebration;
you can read more about this here .
Prayer has been an integral part of our nation since it's beginning and will
continue as long as we have the freedom to pray.
Please take time tomorrow to pray for wisdom for all our leaders;
they need our prayers.
