Presidents' Day

Monday is Presidents' Day in the USA and is what we used to call Washington's Birthday.
The holiday was moved to a Monday from his actual date of birth (Feb. 22)
so we could all have a long weekend.
I've chosen a public domain photo of Mount Rushmore for my desktop.
Mount Rushmore National Memorial is a granite sculpture carved into the face of
Mount Rushmore in South Dakota.
The heads sculpted in to the mountain are George Washington, Thomas Jefferson,
Theodore Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln.
The sculpture was completed in the 1930's; you can read about it here
This is a large sized desktop and should fit most computers;

Enjoy your weekend and remember George Washington!

Valentine Scraps

I've done a mini scrap kit for Valentine's Day, perfect for digi-scrap pages, tags and cards.
I've chosen red and pink for the colors with three 800x800 papers in each color
and three coordinating elements in each color.
You can download the kit here
I hope you enjoy the kit as much as I enjoyed making it.
Happy Valentine's Day!

Ronald Reagan

Ronald Reagan-click to enlarge Ronald Reagan (1911-2004) would have celebrated his 100th birthday tomorrow.
He is my favorite and most admired modern day president and I
frequently say to my husband "where's 'Ronnie' when we need him?".
If you'd like to read more of his wonderful quotes you can find them here.
This is a large size desktop that you can save by clicking on the above image;
if you need a regular size desktop you can download that here.
Happy Birthday President Reagan!
