Reason for The Season

This is a time to remember the reason we have Christmas
and not get caught up in the glitz and glitter of commercialism.
Take time to reflect on the miracle of Christmas.
This is a large sized desktop that you can save to your computer by clicking on the above image.
If you need a 1024x768 you will find that here
Wishing you a Joyous, Peaceful Christmas!

depicting the pilgrims giving thanks on the first Thanksgiving Day.

a 1024x768 you can find that here
Remember to give thanks for all your blessings on this Thanksgiving Day.
Happy Thanksgiving!

Veterans Day

Veterans Day
Veterans Day, Armistice Day, Remembrance Day, they're all the same depending
on the country in which you live.
They all commemorate the cessation of The Great War (War World I) which ended at 11 AM
November 11, 1918.
It's a day to honor our fallen veterans who gave unselfishly of their lives
to preserve our freedoms.
Take a few moments on Friday to remember these fallen heroes who have
fought in so many conflicts.
May God bless our servicemen.

Halloween Night

Halloween NightJust had to do a spooky desktop for Halloween although I don't decorated with ghosts and
witches it's nice to do the unexpected occasionally.
The building in the desktop is a picture I took several years ago while in the mountains
and with a number of PSP changes was able to give it a spooky look.
You can save the desktop to your computer by clicking on the image;
if you need a 1024x768 you'll find that here
Hope your Halloween isn't too scary!
